“I have been training with Jack since December 2023, twice a week, and so far he has been an amazing trainer and guide for me.
I’m not new to workout but always found it challenging and confusing to use the equipments at the gym correctly. Hence, I turned to Jack for help and guidance.
From day 1 he has provided me with personalised exercises and keeps on pushing me to do better. He also tracks my calorie intake and provides weekly feedbacks to keep hitting the target. I have lost couple of inches already and on top of it I’m lifting weights that I never thought I was capable of lifting!
